Okay I have of today written over 45000 words for my book! 45000 is my minimum as per my contract with my publisher, of course I am going to shoot for around 50-55 thousand so I do not look like I am doing just the bare minimum. I also have to draw the illustrations for the book as well, which has to be around 40 pictures. This is a big landmark for me, I just wish my mom was still around (I mean physically, I believe she is with me in spirit) . Two weeks after I got this book deal my mom died so I just wish I could see her face when it is actually published (my publisher is letting me dedicate the book to her).

I have not mentioned it but a few months ago I got a book deal, it is a book about haunted locations in NC. Not only am I getting to write the book they want me to use my cartoons to illustrate it! I am three quarters of the way done!
